These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website isaiya.health and of the ISAIYA services you access with Sign in with Google through au.isaiya.health. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.

1. The website

isaiya.health describes the ISAIYA project and device. Its content is provided for general information only. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website or the ISAIYA services, or to gain unauthorized access to them.

2. Not medical advice

ISAIYA shows trends in blood markers from a video of a drop: this is data for self-observation, not a diagnosis or medical advice. The device is not a medical device and does not replace laboratory tests. Nothing on the website is medical advice; for questions about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Pre-orders and the community

Pre-orders and participation in the ISAIYA community take place on community.isaiya.health. The isaiya.health website does not accept orders or payments.

4. Access to ISAIYA services

Sign in with Google gives access to ISAIYA services to the ISAIYA team and community members on an access list. Access is granted at ISAIYA’s discretion and may be limited or revoked at any time. You are responsible for keeping your Google Account secure. How we handle the information received from Google is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the website — texts, images, videos, the ISAIYA name and logo — belongs to ISAIYA or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Materials of third parties cited on the website belong to their respective owners.

6. Links to other websites

The website contains links to websites that ISAIYA does not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the ISAIYA services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISAIYA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the ISAIYA services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is published on this page with a new “Last updated” date; continued use of the website or the services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

Прибор не является медицинским изделием и не заменяет лабораторные анализы. Ничто на сайте не является медицинской рекомендацией; по вопросам здоровья обращайтесь к квалифицированному врачу.

3. Предзаказ и сообщество

Предзаказ и участие в сообществе ISAIYA проходят на community.isaiya.health. Сайт isaiya.health не принимает заказы и платежи.

4. Доступ к сервисам ISAIYA

Вход через Google открывает доступ к сервисам ISAIYA команде ISAIYA и участникам сообщества из списка допуска. Доступ предоставляется по усмотрению ISAIYA и может быть ограничен или отозван в любой момент. Вы отвечаете за безопасность своего аккаунта Google. 5. Интеллектуальная собственность

Содержимое сайта — тексты, изображения, видео, название и логотип ISAIYA — принадлежит ISAIYA или её лицензиарам. Копировать, изменять и распространять его в коммерческих целях без нашего письменного разрешения нельзя. Материалы третьих лиц, на которые ссылается сайт, принадлежат их правообладателям.

Сайт содержит ссылки на сайты, которые ISAIYA не контролирует. Мы не отвечаем за их содержание и правила работы.
