Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ISAIYA (“ISAIYA”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers:
- the website isaiya.health;
- Sign in with Google for the ISAIYA account service at au.isaiya.health;
- ISAIYA’s use of the Google Postmaster Tools API.
Pre-orders and the ISAIYA community are run on community.isaiya.health, a separate service; information handled there is not described in this document.
1. Who we are
ISAIYA operates the website isaiya.health and the ISAIYA account service. You can contact us about this policy or your data at team@isaiya.health.
2. The isaiya.health website
isaiya.health is a static informational website. It has no forms and no user accounts, and it does not ask you to enter any personal information. It does not collect medical or health data.
Cookies
The website sets only two first-party cookies, both used to remember the language of the page:
isaiya_lang— the language you selected in the menu (for example,enorru);isaiya_lang_auto— the language chosen automatically on your first visit, so that other ISAIYA websites open in the same language.
Each cookie contains only a two-letter language code, is set for the .isaiya.health domain so that ISAIYA websites share it, and expires after one year. The automatic choice is made in your browser from your device’s time zone and browser language settings; this information is not sent to us. You can delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings.
No analytics or advertising
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not send data about your visit to analytics or advertising services.
Web server logs
Like most websites, our web servers record standard request logs: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, response status, referring page and user agent (browser and operating system). We use these logs only to operate the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems.
Fonts from Google Fonts
The home page loads some typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver the fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of the request. Google’s handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. All other fonts, images and videos are served from our own servers.
Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as the ISAIYA community and scientific publications. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
3. Sign in with Google (ISAIYA accounts)
ISAIYA uses Sign in with Google for the ISAIYA account service at au.isaiya.health. It gives the ISAIYA team and community members on an access list a way to sign in to ISAIYA services.
What we receive from Google
We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. With your consent, Google shares with us:
- your Google account identifier;
- your name;
- your email address and whether it has been verified by Google;
- the link to your profile picture.
We do not request access to any other data in your Google Account.
How we use it
We use this information only to identify you when you sign in and to grant you access to the ISAIYA services you are allowed to use. We do not use it for any other purpose.
How we store it
The information is stored in the ISAIYA account database on servers that ISAIYA manages at its hosting provider, and in backups of that database.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties, except with hosting providers that act on behalf of ISAIYA and where disclosure is required by law.
4. Google Postmaster Tools API
ISAIYA uses the Google Postmaster Tools API with the read-only scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.readonly, authorized by an ISAIYA administrator account. Through it we receive aggregated email deliverability statistics for the isaiya.health domain, such as reputation, spam rate and delivery errors. These statistics do not contain personal data of users. We use them only to monitor the delivery of email sent by ISAIYA.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
ISAIYA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data retention
We keep the information received through Sign in with Google for as long as your ISAIYA account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the account and the associated Google user data without undue delay.
7. Your choices and rights
- To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us at team@isaiya.health.
- You can revoke ISAIYA’s access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that you will no longer be able to sign in with Google; to have the data we already hold deleted, email us.
- You can delete the language cookies in your browser settings.
8. Health information
The website does not collect medical or health data. ISAIYA provides data for self-observation; it is not a diagnosis or medical advice, and the ISAIYA device is not a medical device.

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
